Story: Government and sport

Push Play advertisement

The Push Play campaign was initiated by the Hillary Commission in the 1990s, then further developed by SPARC in the 2000s. This particular advertisement, originally broadcast in 2008, was clearly aimed at the Pacific community, but the campaign in its entirety aimed to get young New Zealanders of all backgrounds involved in physical activity and games.
