This website is run by the Te Āti Awa Manawhenua
ki te Tau Ihu Trust. Te Āti Awa is one of the
tribes that have authority over areas of Te Tau Ihu
(Nelson–Marlborough). The site contains information
regarding their Waitangi Tribunal claim, strategic
and education plan, education, health and business
interests, and their marae.
The Wakatū Incorporation was vested land which
it administers for its shareholders – descendants
of Ngāti Rārua, Ngāti Koata, Ngāti Tama and Te Āti
Awa tribes. The site explains their economic,
social and educational ventures.
