Aquaculturalist Bob Hickman

Scientist Bob Hickman, pictured here with a young rock lobster (crayfish), is one of the pioneers of New Zealand aquaculture. Based at the Māhanga Bay research facility, he has investigated many aspects of the biological farming requirements of shellfish and crustaceans in New Zealand.
