Gisborne wine

Gisborne wine

Vineyards are prominent on the Waipāoa River flood plain. Gisborne is particularly noted for its chardonnay and gewurztraminer. This view looks south across a vineyard and Grays Bush Scenic Reserve to Te Kurī-a-Pāoa/Young Nicks Head.
