Whitianga Waterways

Whitianga Waterways

The 230-hectare Whitianga Waterways is a project of Hopper Developments, which also developed Pāuanui. Its distinctive feature is the ‘waterscaping’ with canals. Situated on the edge of Whitianga (the town centre is near the top of the image, with Mercury Bay behind), Whitianga Waterways will include community facilities as well as upscale housing.
