Organisations such as the Families Commission (later called Superu), Women’s Refuge, the YWCA, the National Network of Stopping Violence Services, the Human Rights Commission and Amnesty International work together on the White Ribbon campaign. Each year, they distribute half a million white ribbons which symbolise the goal of a world without violence towards women and children.
