Early regatta

Image
Early regatta

Crowds line the foreshore to watch a Paremata Boating Club regatta in 1930. The shallow waters of the Porirua Harbour and Pāuatahanui Inlet are ideal for boating. The club remains on the site, although the original clubhouse has been rebuilt.
