The official site of the Royal Astronomical
Society of New Zealand contains a section entitled
‘What’s in the sky’, which is a guide to the
visibility of the moon and planets, and to solar
system events for each month. Details on this site
apply mainly to the southern hemisphere, especially
places with a latitude similar to New Zealand.
