Hi, I am looking for a long lost friend that move to New Zealand in 1989-90 from Refugee camp Pulau Bidong, Malaysia. His name is Luu Cong Hieu, born in 1967 I think. He has a next brother name Phuong and the youngest brother name Nam. Does anyone know what is the best way to find some Vietnamese refugee in New Zealand. I don't know how big is the Vietnamese Community there? Thank you very much. Dawn
