South Pacific travel brochures, 1960s

When low-cost air travel to the South Pacific became available from about 1960, Tasman Empire Airways Ltd (TEAL) and, later, Air New Zealand promoted holiday trips to Fiji, Tahiti and other islands. These brochures use popular images of the islands, including an immaculately uniformed Fijian policeman, to advertise these flights
