Story: Light

Poetry plaque

Poetry plaque

This extract from a poem by the Kāpiti writer Alistair Campbell includes the phrase, ‘Our world a cube of sunlight’. Such references are quite common in New Zealand literature. The plaque is part of the Wellington Writers’ Walk along the waterfront, where quotations about the city are inscribed in stone panels.
