The Rangitīkei River

The Rangitīkei River

The Rangitīkei River is at the heart of Ngāti Apa’s traditional lands, which stretch between the Manawatū River in the south and the Whanganui River in the north. Many significant events in the tribe’s history have taken place on the banks of the Rangitīkei River.
