Wai Ling Chan and Pippi Miller fight it out in the women’s foil round of the 2012 national under-15 fencing tournament. Chan is shown landing a blow – 'Touché!' (French for ‘touched’) was the traditional cry of a fencer when hit. With the introduction of the electronic scoring system this is no longer necessary. The grey sleeveless tops worn by Chan and Miller conduct electricity, and are connected to an electronic scoring box by wires.
