Autumn, Macetown, Central Otago

The Central Otago climate is similar to a continental one, with extreme temperature highs and lows. In autumn, Lombardy poplars, crack willows and other deciduous trees put on a brief, brilliant display of yellows and reds before shedding their leaves.
