Ten thousand people visited Tiffany Singh's artwork 'What is the colour of the breeze?' as part of the Taranaki Arts Festival in 2013. The work comprised wind chimes, and people were encouraged to make wishes as the chimes responded to their environment. The festival attracted 14,500 people to a variety of events, including classical music performances, art exhibitions, cabaret and comedy shows. Fourteen shows travelled to smaller towns and 3,500 school children were involved in a schools programme.
