The Rubbishers, 1962

The Rubbishers, 1962

The Rubbishers formed in 1962 and gave performances that were the nearest New Zealand had to the British satirical comedy revues of the time. Members of the group were (from left) Roger Hall, Jim Delahunty, Marei Bollinger, Con Bollinger and Terry Bryan. Originally from England, Hall went on to write some of New Zealand's most successful and influential theatre and screen comedies.
