Engineering students' haka: 1955

Pākehā engineering students perform a mock haka outside the Britomart Hotel, Auckland, in 1955, carrying mock taiaha and wearing grass skirts. The Auckland University engineering students’ haka was a pre-capping tradition that started in 1954 and ended in 1979 after protests by Māori students.
