Honorary Colonel Lieutenant General (Retired) Sir John Mace presents Warrant Officer James Moohan with the New Zealand General Service Medal for Afghanistan in 2007. During this ceremony 27 military personnel received this medal, and a further 17 received the medal for the Solomon Islands.
