Ambassador to the Philippines, 1971

Richard Taylor presents his credentials in Manila following his appointment as New Zealand's ambassador to the Philippines in 1971. At the time Taylor was resident in Hong Kong. His successor as ambassador, Mac Chapman, was based at a newly opened post in Manila from 1975.
