My great grandmother Rina Mapera Te Heuheu was Horonukus daughter to another wahine. Born 1870 and brought up by Irihapeti and Matenga in Rotorua. She raised my father Retimana in Te Puke whom she shared this with. Is there anyone who has any information in regards to this. My dad is now 78 and his recollection of hers tupuna's words are as clear as if it was yesterday. It will be very appreciated if someone can fill in the blanks for tamariki, future mokopuna and definitely myself. It was a pleasure to see this portrait of my tupuna.
