Women making dumplings at the Chinese Anglican Church Bazzar

This older woman from the Wellington Anglican Chinese community, Soon Yee Ng, is helping Mel Jean Chin to prepare red bean dumplings for the church group's annual bazaar in 1995. The proportion of older people of Asian ethnicity is expected to increase in the 21st century – from 5% in 2013 to 13% by 2038.
