Economic restructuring: Māori and total unemployment, 1986–2016 (2nd of 2)

This graph shows the massive impact of the economic restructuring of the 1980s and 1990s on Māori unemployment. Māori unemployment was just over 25% in the early 1990s, more than twice the overall unemployment rate.
