Natural hazards

Research into increasing New Zealand's resilience to natural hazards is co-ordinated through the Natural Hazards Research Platform, which includes Crown research institutes, universities, government departments, private consulting firms and territorial authorities. This is the cover of the 2010 Natural hazards report. It shows damage to the Homebush homestead, owned by the Deans family, following the 2010 Canterbury earthquake.
