This television news clip from 2009 shows Green MP Keith Locke examining his recently released Security Intelligence Service (SIS) personal file. The SIS is subject to the Official Information Act 1982 and the Privacy Act 1993. These acts enable members of the public to access documents the SIS holds on them, if there are no security or privacy concerns.
