Tasman Pulp and Paper mill

The biggest factory in New Zealand outside a city, this pulp and paper plant was built in the 1950s to process logs from the nearby Kāingaroa forest. In 2005 it was owned and operated by Australasian forest products company Carter Holt Harvey.
