Salt products

The main difference between these salts is the shape and size of the grains. The slightly yellow salt is unwashed coarse sea salt. The fine white salt on the left is iodised table salt, and on the right is flaky sea salt. They all come from Lake Grassmere, and there is very little difference in their chemical makeup – except for the addition of iodine to the table salt.
