Lake Tekapo Regional Park

Lake Tekapo Regional Park

The heavily forested Lake Tekapo Regional Park contrasts dramatically with the grasslands and hills in the distance, and the lake’s beautiful blue water. The park is based on a 165-hectare soil conservation area, first planted in 1963, and features walking and cycling tracks through the forest.
