Panorama of Parliament Buildings (3 o 3)

This panorama of Parliament Buildings in the early 2000s comprises (from left): the executive wing or Beehive, Parliament House and the parliamentary library. (Bowen House is out of the frame.) The different architectural styles, asymmetrical form of the older buildings and the dominance of the Beehive creates an aesthetically awkward ensemble. On the other hand, it reveals much about the history and growth of Parliament.
