McLean scale of rabbit infestation

The McLean scale was one of several methods for estimating the level of rabbit infestation on a property. It is a subjective measure that relies on a visual assessment of rabbit signs. The scale was used by rabbit boards and, more recently, by regional councils to determine whether control measures were needed.
