A group of members of the Levin Business and Professional Women’s Club are shown here after a 1968 public meeting (speaker Cherry Raymond is on the right). The Federation of Business and Professional Women's Clubs was then in a very active phase of its existence, and membership was increasing. The organisation was an important part of the campaign for equal pay.
