T'ai chi ch'uan master Loo-Chi Hu

In this clip from the 2008 documentary Huloo, t'ai chi ch'uan master Loo-Chi Hu demonstrates his daily practice in Christchurch's Hagley Park, and explains the three stages of t'ai chi. Loo-Chi Hu trained in martial arts and t'ai chi in China as a young man, came to New Zealand in 1967 as a fisheries consultant, and began teaching t'ai chi in 1971. He continued teaching daily while aged over 80, and in 2002 was awarded the Queen's Service Medal.
