Prime Minister David Lange on Rainbow Warrior bombing, 1985

The Greenpeace protest vessel Rainbow Warrior was sunk in Auckland Harbour in 1985 by French government agents. The prime minister at the time was Labour's David Lange. In this clip from the television documentary Death of the Rainbow Warrior, Lange notes the reaction of world powers to this act of terrorism, in contrast to their condemnation of other acts of terrorism.
