Story: City planning

Flat Bush

This is the plan of a proposed new town of Flat Bush in Manukau city. The town will include a range of housing density types, with higher density living closest to the town centre. On the periphery of the settlement, space is set aside for low density lifestyle living. The plan highlights the high proportion of reserve land in the settlement; the green fingers follow natural waterways, aiding water management and runoff.
