Moana Jackson

Lawyer and Māori-rights activist Moana Jackson teaches the Māori Laws and Philosophy degree at Te Wānanga o Raukawa. In this clip from a 1992 interview Jackson discusses the different philosophical underpinnings of Māori and Western law.
