Popstars, 1999

The television show Popstars screened for one season in 1999, launched the all-female band TrueBliss and, perhaps more significantly, kicked off reality television music contests worldwide. In this clip, band members Megan Alatini, Carly Binding, Joe Cotton, Keri Harper and Erica Takacs are learning a song to record as a demo, guided by manager Peter Urlich and vocal coach Caitlin Smith.
