Veteran golfers
New Zealand has high levels of participation in organised sport, and the most popular is golf. Here Lillian Sime and Audrey Simmons shelter from the rain while taking part in the New Zealand veterans’ foursomes golf championship at the Hutt club in 1994. Their combined ages of 161 years made them the oldest pairing.
