Southland Boys’ High School (2nd of 2)

Southland Boys’ High School

High school education in Invercargill dates from the 1870s. Girls’ and boys’ high schools shared premises until 1907. This picture of Southland Boys’ High School was taken around 1930, a few years after the building was completed. It was still in use in 2008.
