Story: Recreational sea fishing
This fly pattern is called McVay's Gotcha, and loosely resembles a shrimp. Saltwater flies are usually bigger than those used in freshwater for trout, and most are designed to be drawn through the water. As they are reeled in they wiggle, mimicking a fish or shrimp.
