LIM report

LIM report

This sample land information memorandum (LIM) gives information about a property, including details about rates, water and drainage. It alerts a potential new buyer to issues; in this case the possibility of flooding, an encroachment, outstanding building consents and a heritage tree. These illustrate why it is advisable for buyers to obtain a LIM report before making an offer on a property.
