Leaving Buckingham Palace

Noel Pharazyn, the husband of Frances Hodgkins's niece Lydia, was awarded the Military Cross in November 1918 and received the decoration at Buckingham Palace in March 1920. He is shown leaving the palace with his wife (second from left) and Hodgkins (left).
