Sticky TV

Sticky TV

In 2014 there were a considerable number of programmes for children on New Zealand television. On weekdays TV4 had children's television from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m and 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Many of the programmes, such as Sesame Street or The wild Thornberrys, were imported, but the channel did have Sticky TV, produced in New Zealand by Pickled Possum Productions since 2002. As this web page suggests, Sticky TV was highly interactive, with competitions, games and extensive use of social media such as Twitter and a Facebook page.
