Trelise Cooper's Limited Edition sailor suits, 1980s

Trelise Cooper, well known in the 21st century for her eponymous label, started Limited Editions in Auckland in 1984. She soon attracted loyal, well-off followers and also designed for the television show Gloss, which increased her exposure. Cooper closed Limited Editions in 1988 in the wake of the 1987 sharemarket crash but was back with the Trelise Cooper label in 1997.
