Artistic skating, 2008

Six-year-old Frances Allen demonstrates her skills in the 'tiny tots' girls freeskating final at the New Zealand artistic, precision and speed championships in Auckland in 2008. Artistic skating comprises different disciplines: precision skating, figure skating, freestyle skating (singles and doubles) and dance skating (singles and doubles). In freeskating participants devise their own routine using accepted skating elements, such as jumps and spins, and set it to music.
