Ae mārika, ko te marae whawhao o Tūrangawaewae. Inā te tini me te mano i tae ki te marae o Tūrangawaewae i te marama o Hereturikōkā i te tau 2006, ki te tangi i te kūini Māori a Te Arikinui Kahurangi Te Atairangikaahu. Ka mate he ariki, ka whakaritea ki te tōtara nui o te wao kua hinga.
