Story: Pastures
Paspalum (Paspalum dilatatum) is widely recognised as a weed grass. It has large, fibrous roots and prostrate leaves that avoid grazing animals or mowers, and so is difficult to eradicate once established in a pasture or lawn. It grows rapidly during summer and autumn, and has a large seed head.
