Inspecting drench-free cattle

In the late 1980s a comparative study of conventional and organic farming was undertaken at the Flock House research farm near Bulls. The farm’s manager, John Ransom (left), and scientist Antony Roberts pose in front of cattle that have been raised on organic pastures and have never been drenched.
