Story: Ngā Rauru Kītahi
Rongoueroa was the mother of Rauru Kītahi, the ancestor from whom the tribe Ngā Rauru Kītahi take their name. She was also the mother of Awanuiarangi, the ancestor of the Te Āti Awa people.
