Pigeons in Wellington

Rock pigeons have become very common in New Zealand’s cities, where they feed on food scraps. They have become such a nuisance that the Wellington City Council has erected this sign in Midland Park, a favourite place for urban picnickers, to discourage people from sharing their lunch with the birds.
