Story: Fijians
To commemorate Fiji’s Independence Day in 2002, the national museum, Te Papa Tongarewa, staged an event where Fijian-born children could record their feelings about their birthplace in artwork and stories. The children pictured (from left), Eddie Koroi, Luisa Ramacake, Alipate Mar and Peni Bulamaibau, are working on drawings and paintings of Fiji.
