James Cassius Williamson was a US-born theatrical producer, based in Australia from about 1879. His company became known for large, spectacular touring productions in both theatre and film. Williamson first toured a show to New Zealand in 1882 and his company continued to tour regularly until 1976. This poster is for the company's 1919 Christmas pantomine, Goody two shoes
